You Did What?

This morning...

Ethan: Mom, guess what I did last night.

Me: What?

Ethan: I organized the socks in my sock drawer by length and softness.

Me:

Ethan: Hey Jonah, check it out--mom just fainted.

(OK, kidding about the fainting part, but the rest of the conversation is 100% accurate. And I'm still slightly in shock that the words, "I organized" came out of Ethan's mouth. I never want to forget this day.)

  1. That is hysterical. Love moments like that...too bad they happen so rarely (well rarely at my house anyway!). It was so fun chatting wth you last night, I am SOOO happy you are in our ward.

  6. Do you know how long it took me to get Kevin to clean out his sock drawer? I actually don't know, but I'm pretty sure he only did it because we're moving, less mess when we get there.
